March is our gentle reset — not a challenge about extremes or transformation, but about showing up, rebuilding rhythm and feeling good again.

The Mini March Reset is designed to help you reconnect with movement, layer in small wellness habits, and find consistency that actually fits into real life. No strict rules, no overwhelm — just supportive structure and a little extra motivation to get back into routine.

Over 28 days, you’ll focus on:

Attending 16 classes for unlimited members and 8 classes for 2 per week members, at a pace that feels sustainable

Ticking off simple wellness habits that support recovery, energy and balance. You’ll get your own wellness habit card on the wall in the studio. you need to tick of a minimum of 12/20

Enjoying small in-studio rewards along the way
