Our Intro Pass gives you 21 days of access to Form Health Club to trial our classes and meet our instructors. You can attend as many classes as you would like and enjoy 3 Recovery sessions during your 21 days. The trial will commence on the day of your first class.

Our app makes it easy to book classes. Bookings open 14 days in advance so you can plan your classes to suit your wellness routine. If a spot isn’t available, you can add yourself to the waitlist.

In most cases, yes. Our highly trained instructors can help to modify your class to suit your unique needs. Please inform them before your class begins, or reach out before booking to chat through your circumstances.

Our memberships carry a minimum 13 week term. We recommend you review the T&C’s when purchasing the membership to ensure it’s right for you.

We understand that every wellness journey is different so give you the flexibility to pause your weekly membership once in every three months. If you need to pause more often, a small $10 fee applies.
